Who are we?
We build, support and maintain websites built with the CMS Joomla, for clients in Germany and the UK. We have offices in Manchester, Munich and Zagreb and our team speaks English, German and Croatian.

Client Support Agent (m/f)

We’re looking for someone to join our team in Zagreb and help us in this quest.
The main tasks include:
- Providing client support and training (in English/German)
- Liaising with developers
- Testing websites and web applications
- Creating and editing page layouts
- Updating website content and configuration
The perfect candidate will be:
- Enthusiastic and proactive, with a positive attitude
- Well-organised, with a keen eye for detail
- Confident with computers/internet (IT background not necessary)
- Keen to learn and grow with the team
Required skills for this position:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- A talent and strength for communication
- Ability to work well both in a team and on your own
- Fluency in German and English
The following would also be of benefit:
- Work experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge of Joomla, WordPress - or other CMS
